People have been asking for recipes to preserve the produce they are getting.
There will be two versions available...
1] a very brief summary here [with a picture where possible]
and...
2] a link to an Adobe PDF file that you can print out.
The recipes will be listed alphabetically be they veg or fruit....
Cucumbers
1] Sweet pickled Cucumbers
Two recipes on the same page for bottles of slices cucumbers that are great for use with cold meats, salads, etc. Method is very similar in both cases, just the ingredients and flavour vary. Both are very tasty and have a method of freezing if you have no bottles.
