November 2004

Anglo Dutch has now launched
Yorkshire Wit

This is a 4.5% ABV white beer... served cloudy from a font. But, like Hoegaarden and other Belgian white beers, it is not pasturised and is therefore a living real ale.

Currently on sale in the
West Riding
Licenced Refreshment Rooms

on Dewsbury Station where there will be a full launch later this month.

Anglo Dutch beers are now available for home consumption. Clarkes Organic Group of Wakefield are putting a range of micro-brewerybeers on the market via their

mail order
venture.
This was well reviewed by Roger Protz in the Saturday Grauniad colour supplement on the 17th January 2004. You can order a selection of bottles in a box... or 'Post-a-Pint' to a friend. There is also a range of beers in polypins [at 19/1/2004 the polypin price works out at less than £1.40 per pint delivered to your door.]
The beers available from Clarke's Organic Group are marked in the Ales pages and include Kletswater [One of Roger Protz' Top Ten Micro Brews
(Guardian April 2002)
